Lyn Weinberg, MD is a Geriatrician and serves as the Director of the Division of Geriatrics at Allegheny Health Network (AHN), in Pittsburgh, PA. She also serves as the Medical Director for AHN’s Hospital Elder Life Program. Her clinical work focuses on primary care and consultations for complex older adults in the ambulatory and home-based settings, with an emphasis on early diagnosis of cognitive disorders and upstream delirium prevention. She is passionate about initiatives aimed at improving the safety, quality of care, and experience for older adults in all settings.

Dr. Weinberg completed her medical education at Jefferson Medical College, residency training in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital, and fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
