Nicole Orr, MD, FACC
Nicole Orr, MD, FACC is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at Tufts University School of Medicine. She is also the founder and president of Post-Acute Cardiology Care, a cardiology practice dedicated to the care of older adults with cardiovascular disease requiring skilled nursing care after hospital admission, or those who may be transitioning to LTC. She has built several Heart Failure disease management programs in the Northeast and leads one of the first facilitates to now be awarded the Post-Acute Care Heart Failure Center Certification status by the American Heart Association.
