Susan L. Greenspan, MD
Dr. Susan Greenspan is Professor of Medicine, Director of the Osteoporosis Prevention and Treatment Center at the University of Pittsburgh, and Director of Bone Health Program at Magee Women’s Hospital. She is a recent past president of the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation. Her NIH-funded research centers on osteoporosis in elderly men and women and has included such topics as new therapies for osteoporosis; new ways to diagnose, assess, and monitor bone loss; and bone loss in women with breast cancer and men with prostate cancer.
